Tried doing mini macrame plant hanger. I have used here these small leaves stamps from Altenew´s Blooming bouquet stamp set. Sentiments are also from Altenew´s stamps.

Hello Friends,

Today I'm here to share a handmade necklace, which I made few months back.

Once I finalised the design , I started by making the embroidery on the cotton cloth. I then drew the bee on the cloth and did a simple stitch and chain stitch using a few beads for the wings and eyes.

When I was done with the embroidery part , I took the mini embroidery hoop and placed it on the stitched piece.This mini hoop has a center plate. I placed the design on the center plate and then placed the miniature hoop on top. I pushed it down to secure the cloth and  added the back plate using craft glue and hot glue gun.

When I was done with the pendent , I started making a matching crochet necklace to go with the bee embroidery. For that I picked a slightly golden honey color synthetic thread and beads in shade of bee color ( shades of yellow and black) . I used chain crochet stitch and beads . I wanted to have 8 strands together on both sides. For that I did an approximate 4 meter crochet chain.

The last  part was getting all the pieces together, and for that I used a thin gold wire, tiger tail wire and seed beads . Lastly I added a clasp and was done!!

Happy Mother´s day!!

Hello Friends, 

Mother´s Day is this weekend and I found the challenge at CASology where they have
given the perfect cue word to come up with  Mother´s day card.

Here is my card

I have created the background using heart stencil from Tim Holz collection and embossing paste from

Wendy Vecchi. I tried a small bouquet of flowers using few flower die cuts. I have used Fresh peach from Hero Arts shadow ink and Mustard seed distress ink from Tim Holz to color the flowers.

For leaves, I have used crushed olive distress ink.

Sentiments are from CASual Fridays Stamps.

Birthday Card!!

Hello Friends,

Today I'm here to share a card, which I made for Simon Says Wednesday Birthday challenge.

Because of my jewellery making. ...card making has taken a back seat....But its so relaxing to take out favourite stamps and to get inky.

I have used here "Bamboo Rose stamp set" from Altenew stamp company and sentiments are

from CAS-ual Fridays stamps. I have heat embossed the flowers and coloured them using distress inks. Added some stitching, sequins , glitter and doily .

Good day!! 

Wishing everyone Merry Christmas !! Today sharing here few christmas cards.

I was cleaning my craft room and got hold of lot of old stamps ..so thought of using them. 

I love this cute little snowman image from TAWS. I stamped the image using Versamark clear ink and then 

heat embossed using black embossing powder from Rayher. Colored the images using Distress inks.

Quilling cards!

Good day!!

Blogging after really ages ....nowadays my free time goes in jewellery making , so my card passion has taken a back seat. This year did not join any design team for the same reason.
